Christoph Haas in conversation with Amely Deiss and Christine Vogt

Whether it’s the subtly ironic drawings and subtle, clever wit of Christoph Niemann or the pitch-black humour and satirical bite of Walter Moers – humour is a central theme in no fewer than two major exhibitions. Amely Deiss, director of the Kunstpalais and curator of the exhibition “Christoph Niemann. Auf den Punkt”, and Christine Vogt, director of the Ludwiggalerie Schloss Oberhausen and a renowned expert on Walter Moers, explore where humour – sometimes loud, sometimes quiet – lies in the works of Niemann and Moers.
