Manga and Cosplay
This year, ZAM – the Centre for Exchange and Creation – will be the go-to venue for anyone interested in manga and cosplay. Over four days, numerous workshops and talks, set against a backdrop specially designed by David Füleki, invite you to get creative yourself and gain in-depth insights. Inga Steinmetz, Hiro Yamada and David Füleki will discuss the diversity of Japanese culture, Jennifer Spiegler will offer insights into the world of cosplay, and we’ll be talking about WebToons as well as Boys Love and Girls Love. The Cosplay Contest (Sat 6 June, 3 pm, Schlossgarten, DATEV Stage), the Cosplay Photo Walk, a translation slam and your personal manga portraits by Christina Plaka are further highlights.
