Key aspects and important topics of the International Comic Salon and current issues concerning the comic market in general will be highlighted throughout numerous presentations, artist talks and panel discussions during the four festival days.

For four days, the Erlangen cinemas Lamm-Lichtspiele and Kulturzentrum E-Werk offer a varied programme of animated films, comic adaptations and documentaries.

As part of the 22nd Erlangen International Comic Salon, Comic Solidarity e. V. is once again presenting a diverse programme featuring independent artists on its own stage at the kubic.

This year, ZAM – the Centre for Exchange and Creation – will be the go-to destination for anyone interested in manga and cosplay. Over four days, a host of workshops and talks, set against a backdrop specially designed by David Füleki, will invite visitors to get creative and gain in-depth insights.

This year, there will once again be a variety of urban sketching activities: workshops, sketchcrawls, “Drink & Draw” evenings, and, of course, plenty of interesting encounters. The central meeting place is a vacant storefront in the Altstadtmarkt—the Urban Sketching Hub.
