Erwin is a master butcher and has been running his own butcher’s shop in the town centre with his wife Margrit for decades. He is a proud professional, but somewhat worn out, for the butcher’s trade is no longer what it once was. Erwin is frustrated, and his relationship with his wife is suffering as a result.
