Eureka! – The Great Breakthrough – Milestones in the History of Medicine

As part of a semester project in the Illustration class at the Universität der Künste Berlin, students explored the history of medicine. From the first surgical procedures and caesarean births to research into safe vaccines, the achievements of many teams of researchers have permanently transformed our life expectancy and quality of life. In the course, the students researched key milestones in the history of medicine and transformed them into comic narratives.
