Comedy, directed by Anne Fontaine, 99 min, age 6+, original version with English subtitles

To escape the hustle and bustle of London, Gemma Bovery moves with her husband to a small village in Normandy. Martin, a baker with a passion for literature, quickly notices the many similarities between the couple and the characters from Gustave Flaubert’s novel "Madame Bovary". Martin becomes increasingly entangled in the lives of the two Britons and fears that Gemma might suffer a fate similar to that of the famous heroine. The film is based on the graphic novel “Gemma Bovery” by Posy Simmonds.
