A New Dawn (JP/FR 2025)

Since his father disappeared without a trace four years ago, Keitarō has been running his father’s fireworks factory on his own – but the factory is now facing eviction. Keitarō is doing everything he can to complete and set off his father’s life’s work – the legendary ‘Shuhari’ fireworks – before the factory closes. He is helped in this by his childhood friend Kaoru. Together, they try to solve the mystery of the famous fireworks. The film celebrated its world premiere at this year’s Berlin International Film Festival.
