Tom Gauld

Born in 1976, he grew up in Scotland and now lives with his family in London. His comic strips appear regularly in The Guardian, The New Yorker and New Scientist. He has received numerous awards for his work, including the prestigious Will Eisner Award in the humour category in 2018 for "Baking with Kafka" (“Kochen mit Kafka”, Edition Moderne). His most recent book, “Physics for Cats” (also Edition Moderne), was released at the end of 2025.
