Sascha Dörp

Born in 1971, the Cologne native began his career as a prepress technician. After studying visual communication, he worked for various advertising agencies as an art and creative director, and increasingly also as an illustrator and graphic recorder. Since 2010, he has been writing and drawing the online cartoon series “Schoolpeppers” as well as various one-pagers and short stories for different fanzines and alternative publications. Since 2015, his sci-fi noir series “Enklave” has been published by TheNextArt Verlag. For PlemPlem Productions, he worked on the comic series “Matt Eagle”, which has been published by TheNextArt Verlag since 2024. Kult Comics published his horror comic “Ratten”, the flood story “Arche Noir”, and the superhero comic “Kamäleon”. In 2021, he won the ICOM Independent Comic Award for his comic “Kein Vatertag,” and in 2023, he won the same award for his horror graphic novel “Drinnen”.
