Wanda Dufner

*Born in Zurich in 1992, she grew up in the canton of Aargau, where she still lives today. She studied Visual Communication with a specialisation in Fiction Illustration at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HSLU) and currently works as an illustrator, comic artist and artist in her studio at Wisa Gloria in Lenzburg. In 2021, she received the comic grant from the German-speaking Swiss cities for “Bauchlandung” (Edition Moderne) and was nominated for the Berthold Leibinger Foundation’s Comic Book Prize in 2023. In 2026, she is nominated for the Max und Moritz Award at the Erlangen Comic Salon with “Bauchlandung”.
