Lika Nüssli

*Born in Flawil in 1973. After training as a textile designer in Herisau, she studied illustration at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. She has been working as a freelance artist in St. Gallen since 2003. She has received several awards for her work in drawing, including the 2016 comic grant from the German-speaking Swiss cities, the 2020 comic grant from Pro Helvetia, and the 2023 Swiss Literature Prize for “Starkes Ding” (Edition Moderne). 2026 “Vergiss mich nicht“ was published (also Edition Moderne).
