Melanie Lüdtke

Melanie Lüdtke (*1997) is a comic-author and illustrator. She spent her entire life in West-Berlin before moving to Kassel in 2015 to study Comic and Illustration under Hendrik Dorgathen at Kunsthochschule Kassel. Her graduation comic "Hackenporsche" led to her graduating with honors. She has since then worked as a freelancer with her main focus being Graphic Storytelling. Her work revolves around sociopolitical topics such as classism, queerness and migration. In fall 2024 she recieved the newcomer scholarship from the city of Kassel and started a new comic-project. Her debut-comic "Hackenporsche" was released in may 2025 under Verlag Schwarzer Turm.
