Till Lenecke (born 1972 in Hamburg) has gained professional experience as a printer, educator, postman and sailor. In 2011, Lenecke began studying design, which he successfully completed with a Bachelor of Arts and his professional independence. Since then, he has made a living from his drawing craft. He sees his illustrative core competencies in architecture and seafaring. In addition to his short comic stories published by Weissblech Comic Verlag, two long graphic novels have been published by Hinstorff Verlag: "Auf Kaperfahrt mit Störtebeker" (2016) and "Jugend (Nach einer Novelle von Joseph Conradt)" (2019). Other books illustrated by him have been published by Carl Schünemann Verlag, Deutscher Architektur Verlag and Isensee Verlag, among others. He lives in Hamburg.
