Isabel Kreitz
Isabel Kreitz, born in 1967, has published numerous comics in various formats over the past three decades. In addition to her graphic novels such as "Die Sache mit Sorge", "Haarmann" (with Peer Meter), and "Rohrkrepierer" (based on Konrad Lorenz), she is known for her comic adaptations of Erich Kästner’s children’s books. She has been awarded the Max und Moritz Prize for “Best German-Language Comic Artist” (2012), the Wilhelm Busch Prize (2019), and the e.o.plauen Prize (2023).
