Lisa Feinbube is a comic book author and illustrator. "Adventure in the Shadow Forest" is her first comic book. It combines elements of pen-and-paper role-playing games with reading promotion.
The comic is designed as an interactive adventure in which children can make decisions, roll dice and thus influence the course of the story. She developed the idea for "Adventure in the Shadow Forest" in 2023 during the 24-hour comic event. That's where the first rough storyboard was created. Her goal is to use the comic to give children a playful introduction to fantastical worlds and help them discover the joy of reading.
