Akademie für Illustration und Design AID Berlin

At AID Berlin, the focus of the training is on illustration and is taught in various modules such as comics, graphic novels, children's and young people's books, editorial and book illustration and many more. Moving images in 2D or 3D are an integral part of almost every semester. The focus is on individual design, the unique formal language of illustration, and the recognisability and distinctiveness of one's own style. In addition to the semester projects, an annual comic booklet is produced with the results of the summer academy.
