Thomas Baehr

Thomas Baehr began his professional drawing career in the USA, where he lived for many years. He has been back in Berlin since 2019. He has been drawing his strip "POL", full of cute penguins in times of climate change, since 2005. His first newspaper publications on both sides of the Atlantic followed in the same year. Since 2017, his penguins have found their home in Germany with Gringo Comics. Thanks to Gringo Comics, his graphic novel "The End", which was originally published in the USA in 2008 under the title "The End is Here" by Act-I-Vate, is now also being published in Germany for the first time for Salon 2024.
