toonsUp e. V. is a non-profit organisation dedicated to the promotion of the Ninth Art. It is aimed at both artists and their fans. The online platform gives everyone, from beginners to professionals, the opportunity to showcase their own work and exchange ideas with others. Fans of comics, cartoons and illustrations can discover new works every day and explore an extensive archive. toonsUp e. V. organises meetings, workshops, participates in fairs and publishes joint publications.
