Tomppa

Tomppa lives and works in Potsdam. He has been drawing comics since 2006 and specializes in the American superhero genre. With his series “Der Engel” and “The Counselor” (both published by TheNextArt Verlag), he explores not only the classic dark-avenger trope but also the genres of mystery, crime noir, and action. What sets Tomppa’s comic series apart is undoubtedly the fact that they are either set directly in Berlin or, at the very least, consistently lead their heroes there. Since 2024, he has been responsible for the covers of “Matt Eagle.”
