Inma Serrano couldn't stop drawing, so she decided to do something with it. Inma has a degree in Fine Arts from the University of Seville and combines teaching art and drawing with her work as an illustrator. She regularly publishes her graphic reportages in the press and illustrates books, novels, short stories, poems and anything else that comes to mind. She is the author of "Seville from Top to Bottom", an illustrated travel sketchbook about the city where she lives. She currently works as a teacher and teaches visual arts and drawing at a secondary school. She is a member of the Urban Sketching Chapter Seville and correspondent of Urban Sketchers Spain. She has given numerous sketching and illustration workshops. Among others for the International Urban Sketchers Symposiums in Santo Domingo (2011), Barcelona (2012), Singapore (2013) and Porto (2018). An essential part of her life is sketching in the street, which allows her to observe the people and things around her in a naive, almost childlike way. Inma says that she needs sketching and drawing to understand her life and to be happy.
