Born in Minden in 1976, Klaus Scherwinski works as a storyboard artist for computer games ("Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora", "Horizon Forbidden West", "Hitman"). After his debut comic "Kopeck" (1999), he expanded his work to the US market, where he drew for Heavy Metal magazines, The Transformers and G.I. Joe. Together with writers Josef Rother and Boris Koch, he produced several short stories for horror shockers. Next came covers for novels and role-playing games, and then the step into the world of computer games. Now based in the Netherlands, the illustrator gives workshops throughout Europe at the SAE Institute and other educational institutions, and shares his knowledge online via his Instagram channel.
