Jutta Pilgram grew up in Trier and studied sociology and literature in Hamburg, Aachen, Granada, and St. Louis. Before becoming a comic artist, she worked for many years as an editor at the Süddeutsche Zeitung in Munich. Several of her short comics and the graphic novel "Glaub mir" (2026) have been published by Jaja Verlag in Berlin.
