Behind “Wimmel & Hölle” is Munich-based illustrator and comic book author Uli Oesterle (aka Der Ulistrator). At the 2026 Comic Salon, he will showcase his work as a hidden-object illustrator, offer limited-edition art prints and other prints for sale, and sign them. Oesterle’s published works include: “Schläfenlappenphantasien”, “Frass”, “Hector Umbra”, the graphic novel series “Vatermilch” and several hidden-object puzzles. His publications have been translated into six other languages in addition to German.
