Eve Eve Jay

Since 2013, as co-founder of the comic collective Comic Solidarity, she has been advocating for digital artists and publishers and supporting the mission “Space for Comics”. Between 2015 and 2018, she launched the Frankfurt Comic Satellite at the Book Fair – a festival format for indie comics and more. Since 2019, she has organised the GINCO Award alongside Lisa Rau, Lara Keilbart and Lukas R.A. Wilde; for this purpose, Comic Solidarity e. V. was finally re-established as a non-profit association, of which she is the chair. She worked as a colouring assistant on the comics “A House Divided – The Complete Saga” (2024), “Paluten: The Golem King” (2019), “GermanLetsPlay: In the Vortex of Worlds” (2021) and “Dogs – Dickie and the Villa of the Vagabonds” (2024). Currently, the Frankfurt-based artist works as an author and speaker for radio plays and comic adaptations, e.g. for “Der kleine ICE & seine Freunde”.
