Capia

Capia, alias Sarah Capricci, was born in 1985 and is a proud resident of Flémalle, Belgium. Since the age of four, she has enjoyed picking up a pencil and drawing characters from all kinds of cartoons. This passion was an outlet that helped her get through a difficult childhood, and it grew even stronger when she learned that she could turn this passion into a career. After completing secondary school in St-Luc and then high school with a minor in “comics,” she trained as a graphic designer on the side. Sarah is presenting the third volume of the series, recently published by Zack Edition, in Erlangen: "The Paris of Wonders" (Le Paris des Merveilles)

The year is 1900. While investigating the murder of a seemingly inconspicuous antique dealer, Louis Denizart Hippolyte Griffont, magician and gentleman, crosses paths with an evil sorcerer, the feared Giacomo Nero. A case reminiscent of another that took place in 18th-century France. At that time, the otherworld was still unknown, Griffont was a dashing cavalry captain and was soon to meet Isabel de Saint-Gil, a renegade fairy and occasional masked avenger.
