Martin Frei

The author and illustrator was born in Stuttgart in 1964. His most important comic albums include "Gregor Ka", "Asanghia", “Lanternjack” and "Kommissar Eisele". Frei draws cover illustrations for the satirical magazine "MAD", book covers for "Star Trek" and superheroes for "LDH". In January 2026 his western series "The Ballad of Carol Welsh" was published in ZACK Edition.
