Dantes Verlag

Founded in 2016 by Josch Dantes, the publishing house is home to the German-language editions of the works of Stan Sakai, Sláine and Trese, as well as many other series and individual titles that can be attributed to the genre of "magical realism". Dantes titles transport their readers into a fictional world where themes such as "racism and exclusion", "abuse of power" and "violence against the weak and the different", as well as the way humans treat natural resources and natural forces, are explored. This year, the Dantes Verlag is celebrating its 10th anniversary.
