Frieda Kunert

Frieda Kunert is a comic artist and illustrator from Hanover. Working primarily with brush and ink or digitally, she has found her second home in the horror genre (with a preference for body horror). There, she gives free rein to her creativity in dark worlds marked by stark contrasts. In addition to a story for the “Silence”-anthology (Moom Comics), she has also written a reportage based on her grandmother’s war diary. Future projects will also explore the sci-fi genre. The reportage can be found at Frieda’s booth alongside stickers, prints, and a perpetual calendar.
