Underground Berlin

Berlin-based comic creators with a knack for the weird: Japanese-French artist Jules Fischer creeps out the readers with her mystery series "Chimera Obscura". FuFu Frauenwahl is known as one of the artists behind "Captain Berlin," but he also draws his own, (even) stranger comics. The cartoons of the Dutch artist Dirk Verschure appear cute at first glance, but often turn out to be full of absurdity and horror. Last but not least Berlin's most elite comic event the Bilderberg Konferenz and Krill Verlag, the young underground publisher, who makes a splash with Max Andersson's "Die Ausgrabung".
