Levin Kurio, born in 1977 in Steinburg, Germany, is not only the founder and publisher of Weissblech Comics, but also an author, illustrator and colourist. Series titles such as "Horrorschocker", "Fantasy 3000" and "Zombie Terror" suggest that his focus is on light-hearted entertainment, although there is sometimes more to the stories than meets the eye. As well as countless short stories and illustrations for these and other publications, he has created characters such as the primeval Amazon KALA, the space heroine Bella Star and the undead superhero Zombieman. His latest coup is the fantasy and sci-fi magazine Fantasy 3000, for which he creates and edits the series "The Warriors of Gorakon".
