Lara Keilbart

Berlin-based Lara Keilbart is an author, journalist and producer (of podcasts). She also works as a speaker and sensitivity counselor (for queer/trans topics). Since 2019 she took on the role of leading organizer for the Berlin comic festival "Comic Invasion" and hands out the GINCO-Award, along with Eve Jay, Lisa Rau and Lukas R.A. Wilde. The award cermonies greatly benefit from her talents as a speaker. Her specialties beyond comics are social media and entertainment media (video games, tv and more). As an organiser for the Feminist Comic Network she advocates for building and cultivating community for marginalized artists.
