Flix (b. 1976) lives and works as a freelance illustrator and comic artist in Berlin. He studied communication design and made his debut with his thesis project “held,” published by Carlsen. This was followed by additional comics with autobiographical elements. With “Spirou in Berlin,” Flix became the first German-speaking artist to create an adventure for the Franco-Belgian series in 2018. This was followed by “Das Humboldt-Tier,” an adventure set in the Marsupilami universe. “Das Zyx,” a ABC book for reading aloud was published by Kibitz in 2024. In 2025, he curated the exhibition “UDERZO – From Asterix to Magic Potion” at the Museum for Communication in Berlin.
