Willi Blöss Verlag publishes “Comic Biographies” about famous artists in pocket format. Currently 43 titles. Willi Blöss researches, writes and quickly became the sole illustrator (except for initially 6 books with guest illustrators). His wife, Beatriz López-Caparrós, who paints and designs, completes the publishing family firm. In 2012: German Biography Award for the series. In addition to the pocket booklets, an edition with large hardcover formats is published in collaboration with the publishing house Kult Comics (currently 27 singlel titles, 1 volume with 5 female artists).
