Màriam Ben-Arab

Màriam Ben-Arab, born in Barcelona in 1983, is an illustrator and comic artist. She works for numerous Spanish children’s book publishers and also regularly contributes to German-language publishers such as Ueberreuter and Ravensburger. Her pirate comic “Zack!”, written by Volker Schmitt, was published by Kibitz. Just in time for the Comic Salon, her latest work, “Alles auf Anfang” – again based on a story by Volker Schmitt – will be released. The comic will be presented as part of the children's comic festival on Friday, 5 June at 5 pm at kubic.
