Véro is a certified biologist and freelance comic artist. Her passion is to communicate science through images and stories. The question of what it actually takes for us to talk to each other, understand each other and learn from each other is at the core of her work. This is how it begins. As a creative mind with roots in natural sciences she assists publishers, organisations and universities to communicate their science in understandable and appealing ways. Based on their research she plans, writes and executes exciting science comics. Why science comics? Comics are an amazing medium to build bridges between the science world and our everyday experiences. They combine depth, complexity and clarity with entertainment.
