Ulrich Schröder (born April 4, 1964, in Aachen) has been working as a comic artist and commercial graphic designer since 1983. From 1989 to 2006, he served as art director at “Disney Publishing Worldwide” in Paris, where he was responsible for the Disney brand’s artwork. In November 2006, Ulrich founded the Duckworks studio, where he collaborates with numerous artists, designers, and copywriters, as well as trains and educates Disney illustrators. Ulrich Schröder designs many cover illustrations for Mickey Mouse comic books in countries such as Germany, France, the Netherlands, the USA, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland, as well as numerous book covers and illustrations from the Disney universe, including the major Goofy anniversary volume “90 Jahre Chaos” from the Egmont Comic Collection. Ulrich Schröder lives in Barcelona and Paris.
