Born on 20 August 1991 in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo Mbatu holds a degree in Visual Communication (Graphic Arts) from the Academy of Fine Arts and is the coordinator and founder of the cultural organisation theGLOREcomics studios. Mbatu’s professional career began in 2013, the same year as he set up his studios.
