Jonathan Kunz

Jonathan Kunz is a German comic book author, illustrator, and lecturer. Since 2011, he has been working with Elizabeth Pich on the successful webcomic “War and Peas,” which has several million fans worldwide and is one of the most influential webcomics. The duo publishes the comics in several languages.

In addition to his artistic work, Kunz has been a lecturer in comics and illustration at HBKsaar. He headed the master's program in comics/graphic novels since 2017, which was awarded the Max und Moritz Award in 2018. He is also involved in the Saarland comics scene, organizing events and sharing his knowledge in workshops.
