Ban Zarbo has been a passionate anime and manga fan since childhood, just like her sister Gin. She decided to become a mangaka at the tender age of 13 and has been actively involved in the art scene ever since. In 2017, she started her career at Tokyopop and published Kamo - Pact with the Spirit World, which made her the first German-language illustrator to reach the top of the manga sales charts. Since the end of 2019, she has had a contract with altraverse and is working on her series "Cold - Die Kreatur", which is already causing quite a stir. The third volume of this epic fantasy adventure, which will have a total of six volumes, will be published in June 2023. The story has also been published in Swedish since the beginning of 2023.
